MEMBERSHIP CATEGORIES

Réseau Capital has three membership categories for individuals and organizations: Investor, Associate and Partner.

Investor Members
Any company that provides private equity;
- or -
Any individual who works, as a manager or employee, for a company that provides investment capital, and any person who makes growth-capital investments.

The Investor Member – or in the case of a company, each of its representatives – has voting rights at all membership meetings.

Associate Members
Any company or individual who, without investing directly, contributes to the promotion or support of the investment capital industry (for example, business brokers, legal advisors, financial advisors, chartered accountants or real estate agents).

The Associate Member – or in the case of a company, each of its representatives – has voting rights at all membership meetings.

Partner Members
Any organization, association or group with which Réseau Capital has established a partnership agreement for the mutual benefit of their respective members.

The Partner Member does not have voting rights.


ANNUAL DUES

Investor and Associate Members

• $355 for the first representative of a company
  
• $180 per member for the second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth representatives of a company
  
• $120 per member for the seventh and each additional representative of a company

The above mentioned amounts are before GST (5%) and QST (9.5%).

TERM AND RENEWAL OF MEMBERSHIP

While companies and individuals may join Réseau Capital at any time, memberships terminate on August 31 of each year.

At the start of summer every year, all corporate or individual members receive a renewal invoice for their representatives. The renewal covers the period from September 1 of the current year to August 31 of the following year, inclusive.
